link open in firefox not chrome

hello so i face a problem with my arma 3 since i changed entirely my pc i har to reinstall everything with this comes arma 3 which when i click to connect to my steam account it opens on firefox rather than chrome where my steam acc is there activated and secondly the game says that i can not connect with this account since it is already exist can anybody help me please with this 2 problems

OK but what about when i click the link it opesn in firefox i want to open it on google chrome how do i change that

Change windows default browser to Chrome?
or worst case, copy paste it over from firefox?
