Bug Report - steamwebhelper.exe video wake lock request

Don't see a bug report forum, so here you go:

steamwebhelper.exe is requesting a power management video lock after reboot.
The request goes away after I open my browser.

Why would steamwebhelper.exe be requesting a video lock anyway?

Fix your code. This is causing my system to not go to sleep mode.

Killing the task spawns twice as many. I have to shut down steam..

It's apparently being caused by the Next Fest broadcast.

OK since Valve will not correct the issue, here is how to do it..

Type powercfg /requests and see a DISPLAY request vie PROCESS steamwebhelper.exe

So to override this, type powercfg /requestsoverride PROCESS steamwebhelper.exe DISPLAY
