Also for using linux have options from using Proton, Proton GE, Lutris, and other things with it such as DXVK, DXGL, and etc. Vulkan is a major benefit to solving some issues for DX games, the only drawback is if using a really old GPU that can't support Vulkan then that be real problem, basically using hardware that really old, and gonna have to figure out how to solving the issue really. Linux not prefect by any means, but it meets the things people that wears tin foil hat like their life depended on it.

I ain't looking back now. Do all my games work? No. But, the vast majority does and it's a small price to pay to be "free" from the nonsense from Microsoft.
I do know couldn't access Steam's store on said browsers either. But was able to view the store in the client, but unable to access download servers, but since I've a NAS, can download on my main rig to it, and then just pull it to one of my retro rigs. But you know this, since tried to gaslight me, by showing STEAM accessing, when the topic was BROWSERS.
And unlike you, I can actually test these things. Since I update my main rig as needed, and put older ones to rest if they still have a purpose, or donate the older hardware to others and store the rest.
But hey, again... Nice try. Windows 7 died in 2015, simple easy fact.
steam site doesn't use HTML5 (anyone can see it by checking the markup in developer tools). it should display just fine in any browser.
yet another lie.
why do you need to access your bank from win XP? are you that desperate and have no other PC to securely access your money?
All you're doing, is showing others how feeble your fake arguments are.
You claimed Windows XP browsers fully work, I tested to see those claims were false. You are what we call, a google debater, and don't even bother to test said claims and make sure things work.
No idea why you're clinging to Windows 7. It was fine for it's time, but was just Vista SP3. You fell for the hype and marketing of the most advertised OS ever from Microsoft, yet seem to know so little about it.
I'm sure you're one of the people who fell for the ads, that Windows 7 was your idea lolol
and it is just as it should be. you're clueless noob who can't tell HTML5 from a kitchen sink and malware from bank email. you shouldn't be able to access banking tool from outdated OS and it's great that your bank understands this issue and blocks you off.
outdated OSes should be used strictly for browsing and downloading from secure sites. so instead of preaching about dangers of using win7 you'd better get some training yourself.
I'm not clinging to win7. I'm clinging to truth. while you abuse it and lie in every comment.
You're clinging to a dead OS. I don't know if due to poor hardware, or what. But you've had no valid reason whatsoever to not change. You'll be left behind, since refuse to advance with the times, as the other many times this has happened.
And I love how you're happy XP can't access all the webs features and Steam, yet in your ignorance, you want 7 to be able to access everything LOL
gaslighting at its finest. working browsers in XP have nothing to do with win7 so why are you repeating that mantra over and over again?
speaking of poor hardware... I'm not trying to login to my bank from win XP. I'm not that desperate.
And you may need to look up what gaslighting is. Stating simple facts on what's going to happen, what's posted by Steam, and how all platforms are slowly removing support for Windows 7(for those who haven't already started), is not gaslighting.
You spreading misinformation and trying to convince others all will be fine though, is.
That's why 3.33% worldwide still using it with 23.43% at the China only?)

Before jan 2023 (including) worldwide percent had been 9.55 worldwide... So position about 2015 is not rellevant.
