Not nice, not good - why no Windows 8.0 support threads?
Why no Windows 8.1 support threads?!
Those 2 OSes are going away too you know!! They need some love too.
Why no macOS older versions support threads?
Several of those are going down the drain too..
Not fair.
Trying a new speedrun like last time?
Use some methods? For example: WINE ?
It does not apply to gaming.
* I am well aware it exists, no need to tell this to me.
you could get wine as docker container
and still other solutions..
Makes no sense, at least for gaming purposes. :)
This has its uses, but I doubt gaming is one of them.
so first i just answered because you was wrong with this..
your reaction: has nothing too do with the topic...
me: tell some points and show your wrong.
you: telling other nonsense
so now me again...: if games not run because they are too old and need old OS.... you could run WINE through WSL ( or as container etc ) and bypass this problem...
let me guess your next answer: "has nothing too do with the topic"
You want to run old Windows games on Windows 10 or 11.
For example, Windows 95/98 games, or those for WinXP.
If so, I understand now. :)
Did you actually try this, to be sure it works well?
