Halloween sale has started already.

People very often have wrong expectations of Activision. This won't be much different, I think.

its not a haloween themed game so wouldn't expect it to be on sale. If it goes on sale expect it as part of the Nov/Dec sale. You can also check it on isthereanydeal.com and see if they are running sales on other sites too. They don't put it on sale on every site at the same time

Np, everyone should use that site, every listed site is a legit seller, and it will show you the sale prices of a game, when it last went on sale, etc so you know if its worth waiting for the next sale

Why do you spend your money playing a game where you do nothing but drive a truck? Different people like different things. Your tastes and his tastes might not be the same.

The old CoDs are dead sadly and every title since WW2 is trash (except MW1 and CW).

Also only the Steam version of IW has servers down and they doesn't fix it for almost a year.

You should know most of Call of Duty game have zombie oficial game mode so they do count part of Halloween event.

A person could count it. Activision doesn't have to though, the publisher sets the price and decides what sales to participate in.
