Anybody can help me with verifying steam IPs in Turkey?

I have been noticing that Steam traffic to its store website goes to or comes from some addresses in 195.175.181.0/24 IP range.That block belongs to Turkish Telekom, so I presumed Steam was utilizing them for Turkish customers like me, but I could not be sure, so I have decided to ask around.
Can anyone verify those IPs as legitimate addresses for Steam services in Turkey? If not, should I suspect Steam traffic of my home network is being diverted, somehow?
