Do all Steam games have DRM?
For the most part, I buy games on platforms without DRM. I do have a collection of games on Steam, but they are titles I really, really wanted to play, and I do not pick anything simply out of curiosity. But I started wondering if I am not missing out on games, especially indies, which are released without any DRM, but the publisher simply did not choose to publish them on less known stores. So, do all games on Steam automatically get Steam DRM and, if not, can I somehow recognize titles without it?

No. DRM is optional for developers.

Actually that's a decent question. I'm not a techie, but i go by the games i have (all old) and see what they sell on GoG as far as my games. If they're available there, it's not DRM.

I'm only inquiring given after this Win 7 matter, we still may be able to play our Non DRM games. So far, the only ones i'll lose is the old COD games.

Highly depends on it if you consider the Steam client itself drm or not.
Steam checks if you own the particular game before allowing you to launch it. I think thats pretty much the definition of DRM.

Steam itself is indeed a form of DRM. There is, however, some games which allow you to play them even without having to launch Steam.

So yes, the right answer is that there is indeed games without any DRM on Steam.
