VR FPS with realistic gun handling? (Multiplayer and/or Co-op)

Any suggestions on VR FPS co-op and/or multiplayer shooters PvE or PvP that have good gun mechanics/realistic etc? (I.E, bullet drop, you have to load guns manually, rack the chamber/bolt, physics, etc) Pavlov was great back in the day (played a lot on anothers headset. been years since I last played) modding was unreal... Now I come and see that is gone... :/

H3VR is awesome, keen to try out the multiplayer mod! (H3VR but with human AI/players/competitive multiplayer would be the dream)

Zero Calibre and Onward have both downgraded their games in quality in both graphics and realism/physics it seems selling out to Meta, seems Pavlov did the same to Sony though?

Any that haven't sold out to big companies and are good?
