Things lasting over 2 weeks, 4 and more are usually specifically for known cheating hardware & software. They also do go after ban evaders as well.
I never got hit for using logitech software in RUST, if anything in the past a controller being plugged in could cause crashes but was fixed.
It's safe to say if someone gets banned from EAC in multiple games, they know exactly what is running on their machine and aren't being honest about it.
If my math is correct, and I believe it is, your account has multiple VAC bans, and one game bans.
By the information that you've given in this thread your "girlfriend" has at least two game bans. Sounds to me like you two like to break the rules and cheat and then turn around and act shocked as if there is something wrong with the system in place. Stop breaking the rules and cheating and there won't be a problem. The only one here posting BS, is you.
Logitech software does not cause bans. If that were the case do you know how many millions of people would be banned? Yeah, stop making excuses. You should also know that Call of Duty 2019 is an Activision game and you cannot modify Activision games at all without it causing a ban. Even the menus are VAC secured.
I'm assuming nothing. You're assuming that I haven't heard every excuse in the book that a cheater has given. Your assumption is mistaken.
rust does use hardware bans, they HWID repeat offenders, ie... anyone ban evading.
that being said, bans dont work very well, when they can just buy a new steam account with the game and bypass/spoof and vpn past bans.

Also just look up "logitch ghub call of duty ban", you will probably feel stupid (if you don't already).
Keep assuming things, you're a clown.
I'm surprised you didn't try to say "My account was banned because I joined a modded lobby."
Guess what? That doesn't cause a ban either.
How do you know it isn't a conflict, if EAC isn't replying to any of your inquiries and they took down their page of known conflicting software?
I would consider a TTS program very capable of being the actual cause, considering it may well be the case that it doesn't go through the proper accessibility APIs provided by Windows but instead may directly be 'hooking'[en.wikipedia.org] the Windows APIs used to render text for the text-to-speech conversion; or it may be injecting itself into the audio pipeline to capture audio and use its own overlay to render the text output of the speech-to-text conversion.
And that definitely could - and probably would - set off EAC, unless the tool is somehow explicitly white-listed.
