No Vault Tec build items in my Fallout 4 build list.

ok, for those that aren't following. If you have fallout 4 and get the DLC's they add items into your fallout 4 game. This includes things you can create in settlement mode. The Vault Tec DLC should have its own icon of settlement items within the settlement mode under Vault Tek. Mine does not have this. WTF? I'm wondering if I am missing more than the Vault Tek stuff or if the other DLC items aren't in there either. I don't know what to look for so I don't know where to look. Anyone else have this problem? I've checked my installed game and it says I have all the DLC's installed. What now?

It's been a while since I last played Fallout 4 but if I recall correctly, you need to complete the required quests to use those items anywhere.

So it's not a Steam problem.

Have you done the quest associated with it in vault 88?

you need to reach level 20 to unlock the DLC quest (via pip boy radio)
