Microphone No Audio
In steam the "Voice" setting says there is audio and when I do a microphone test it works. Every other app I use is simultaneously working with my microphone. The only issue is in the setting tab for "in-Game Voice" the microphone is different (and won't change) and does not pick up any audio. When playing CS2 the audio does not go into the mic. The icon for my mic being active and correctly opening the comm channel is on screen but no audio comes out. I have found zero solutions. If it's any help I use VoiceMeeter Potato.

Test microphone test on your OS. If it doesn't work, try it without VoiceMeeter (turn off the process completely). If sound comes out fine without the software, then you have misconfiguration. If sound don't come out even without VoiceMeeter, then you want to test if your mic is faulty by testing the mic on other pc or mobile device, etc.

This is something others can't really help you too much with, as 'configurations' and 'settings' are just that. Though you could go through VoiceMeeter manuals or guides, in the end you need to play around with it to learn and fix it. Good luck

When you say test in OS do you mean in windows settings?

I turned voicemeeter all the way off, rerouted all the audio (default device & default communications device) to my headset and mic (tried each one individually) and then tried to communicate and still nothing worked. Devices work perfectly in other apps though even when set up without Voicemeeter. Not sure what the issue is but at this point it's definitely on Steam/Valve's end (mic works in other games though so zero clue what CS settings could fix this).
