Stream Remote Play

I kept on getting notifications that "Desktop - ... is available for streaming" and then shortly after I received another notification saying that the desktop is no longer available for streaming. I have never used steam remote play so I'm not sure where/why/how this is coming up?

I usually see this when I remote access my account from another computer (usually, I do this if I dont want to re install a big game... but its a bit of a process to engage)

I cant remember which side, but when I remote access into my own library one of the sides tells me I can stream it for others to watch. Letting one computer play the games while the other watches and plays it for public entertainment.

theres a chance someone has somehow gained remote accessibility into your steam (or you are remote accessing your steam and confusing yourself)
either way, this is likely whats happening. I'd suggesting checking with steam support for ways to make sure no one else has remote access.
