The new UI - is it stupid or advanced ?

How is the new UI advanced compared to the old one ?
Or is it not, and it is stupid ?
I think it breaks so many previously existing functions and is pure bloatware, so it is stupid !

Unnecessary memory usage, extremely unoptimized, poorly made, bad design - these are just a few words of many I would use to describe the new Steam UI. It is genuinely the worst update Steam has made to the platform ever since it launched 20 years ago. The more solutions people keep finding to revert to the old UI, the more unlikable Valve becomes, as they always find a way to patch these solutions. They know that nobody is happy with the current state of the UI, but they will never listen to the community or go through the effort of providing a decent update because they know that no matter what happens, people will always be on Steam anyway. No matter how much people complain, so why does it matter if they lose a few thousand people? Just upgrade, bro, it's so simple. This is not a case of people being upset because of change; this is a result of a lazy company having no clue how to manage their own platform.

This is said about essentially every UI update. I haven't had any problems with the new UI outside of the back button issue. An issue that was fixed recently.

New UI is fine. Whatever they did to the mobile app is something worth trashing thought. Like, yeah, the app was ugly before but at least it ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ worked.
