How do I install and play Centaur pinball?

I have been trying for 2 weeks now to download and play Centaur from Bally/Williams. I even downloaded another platform because they showed it in their system. I came to Steam because they said it was available. Now I can't find it except for references from members. Could anybody please help me find the correct path to getting and playing my most favourite game of all-time.

When I do a quick google for "Centaur from Bally/Williams", it looks like this is an actual pinball machine.

It's certainly possible that some pinball software has a similar table, but even if that's the case (and I wouldn't know to find it), it would be a completely different thing anyway.
