Porn Games

Half the new and trending is porn games. Every time I look it's some new porn game. If you wanna play that stuff, more power to you but I sure as hell don't want to see it. Is there a way to filter those games out? I don't wanna miss out on games that might have sexual content or nudity just ones that are clear asset flip porn games. It's gotten way out of control.

Steam is marketing appropriately.

PC games wouldn't be much without sex & violence, albeit most of it is not JUST about that.

You want an asset-flip? Microtransactions? The porn is their earnings sheets, and you're the assets. Phone games are a plague. Nothing objectionable there except they're huge wastes of time and money without having any character, learning potential, skill development potential (basic puzzling aside.) There are some really decent XXX games just don't expect quality off the bat.

New Steam Suggestion:

I had similar problem and found regular preferences' checkmarks inefficient, so I had to "exclude tags -> sexual content" after all. I doubt I miss much of value that way though. I find even romance mechanics insufferable.

Perhaps there should be an option to hide the categories from trending while keeping them allowed.
