Which games are missing? Some games can not be shared, like all games that use third party login servers( EA , UBISOFT; ACTIVISION, ROCKSTAR), all Free to Play titles and some others depending if the publisher activated Family Share for them.

RDR2 and Quarry are both Family Share disabled.
Little Nightmare should show up though.

I am having the same issue. I have recently gotten a new computer. On my old computer, all of the games were showing and ready for me to be on the library, however on the new computer, none of them were. We revoked both and the access to my account, then allowed the access to my account and this computer again, but still no library share.

I thought friends weren't supposed to share accounts. I thought family sharing was family only...

account sharing is not allowed, does not matter if its friends or family. the system they are talking about is library sharing, that is allowed and what family sharing does. the account owner has to log in to the computer that the other account is going to be using to authorize it. bans can transfer thru library sharing if the other account cheats. so it is a DO AT OWN RISK situation and should only be done with family/friends you know and trust.

Steam Family sharing explicitly states

Can I share my games with users that don't live with me?
While Family Sharing can work for users that are not accessing Steam from the same location, due to technical limitations, the feature may encounter issues that Steam is unable to provide support for.
