Can i activate global key?
I want to buy and activate mortal kombat 11 global key from g2a. I living in ukraine, so will it work? (Mk 11 is restricted in ukraine, we cant even open its shop page)

It depends on the key, but its blocked in your region the key most likely would not work, and the site you linked is blocked because they are a known shady site.

This is a tricky one, because depends what country does, but to be on safe side it's best to assume answer it won't work becaused banned from country.

What confusing is that MK X and MK 1 are not banned in Ukraine, yet 11 is, and not sure why exactly reason for this, as I haven't done research on this either, just that I find it quite odd why allow others, but not this one only.

Yeah we all knew what the site was, they are well known for selling keys that people find out wont work. Its a tough call because a global key doesen't override a game being banned, so the most likely answer is it won't be able to be redeemed

reason is just cause of some russian who added kold war skin on skarlet, it has soviet symbols. Cause of laws of my country, game was restrictred.

It may work, but given the reputation of that site - hence it being censored - means theres a fairly good chance the key was not legitimately obtained by the seller, and if that ends up being the scenario the key may be permanently revoked from steams systems, so anyone that redeemed it will no longer be able to access it.

Buy from there at your own risk.

You're bypassing the filter, I'd chargeback that site as hard as you can and stay far away.
