All I see is someone who clearly does not understand how stuff works.
Valve (and for that matter any company) can pick and choose the content and type of content they want to provide and for how long. How you feel about it is irreverent. Maybe you should start reading the stuff you agree to when you create accounts. Just like Netflix removes series and movies all the time so can Valve.

So either buy the series some place else or don't. No here cares, nor does Valve.
So, if you bought those seasons from Acme Video Store and they went out of business almost 4 years ago...
...would you still be ranting like this about how Acme robbed you?
Like, join reality here, sir.
It's not fanboism, it's people responding to what they see as misinformation or false accusations.
Fair, but harsh.
You do understand they have to pay a license fee to the programs owners to be able to offer them for sale, a cost they're not going to want to or should have to incur on the off chance somebody suddenly decides to buy the last season years after they've closed the service.
At least they didn't pull an Apple and remove access to the content you already own when they stopped paying licensing rights for a number of films.
The final season wasn't up for sale, look I'm not asking for something free I spent a couple hundred dollars buying each season yet people seem to think it's just SO much to ask that I be able to compete the series. If someone were to sell you a car, you pay in payments then they withheld the last piece, the engine, they have it it's right there in stock but nope you can't get it, you'd be mad as hell. Ok it's nto a car but the same idea. All this oh you don't know how things work, no I very much do and this is BS soo yes I DO feel ripped off and all this garbage that it's just on me is just that, garbage, wait until it's all of you people, karma's a mean drunk that way.
It doesn't really matter. These types of videos just didn't sell well at all and other factors made it too much of a burden to keep the non-game videos up and running...

Your analogy makes no sense, you got everything you paid for. Its more akin to you buying a car and not being able to afford some accessories for it and then finding out the shop no longer sells the accessories when you went looking for them 3 years later...
Whether you FEEL like you got ripped off is irrelevant as you didn't get ripped off, you got exactly what you paid for. Plus you are still able to complete the series if you wish.
I've been collecting films and TV since the days of VHS, so not being able to buy something on a single platform when it's freely available elsewhere really isn't going to bother me.
My advice is to take a step back, take a deep breath and let your anger go, because it really isn't worth getting worked up about.
Worst analogy of the day award.
But hey.
Karma's a mean drunk that way
You are right... but that hurts
None of this has anything to do with Karma.
It's just you refusing to read what was written and make up stuff instead.
Not cool.
