Quickly buy games and spend money on steam is the quickest way.

You can get awards from people if you post cool content to earn some points ....but that could take forever

If I'm remembering Hotsauce's advice right, you can purchase in-game items from CS:GO's own store and get Steam Points that way.
Then sell those items on the Community Market to get a share of your wallet funds back, then repeat the process?

If you are trying to maximize Steam Point yield for your money, this might be the way to do it.

This is what I was going to post, do it with CS:GO keys (check Hotsauce's post below) is what he suggested.

PLEASE do not let your friends send you steam points. Steam takes 1/3 of those points someone spent money on! That is a SCAM

It's not a scam when points are simply a bonus that Valve gives you to customize your profile and engage with other users. They don't have to give you anything at all.

Capsules and Souvenir Packages in game. CS:GO keys don't work anymore.

Turn around after the cooldown ends on the items and sell them for a minor loss. Thousands of points per dollar.

might not be allowed but i feel like buying steam deck and reselling it is probably the best option its like 43k points for base model and they sell for more then they cost on steam for some reason {but idk if u could buy more then 1 steam deck per account ik that was a thing when they were pretty hard to get but now they are common ish }
