The chances of VAC triggering from non cheats is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo minimal, that I've met very few who also had the same experience I did. People claim they don't cheat, or that a program caused their ban, but it's simply not true.
VAC always will be about cheats detected, no idea what it detected when I got the super short ban, but it corrected itself automatically.
I've used Malwarebytes in a few fashions, it's never led to a VAC.
Malwarebytes/Binisoft Windows Firewall Controle is just a frontend for windows firewall with added features and as such it's not likely to cause a VACban as VACBan only happens if you have installed some kind of cheat that is tampering with gamefiles or the memory they are loaded into.
And Malwarebytes Antimalware does not cause VAC bans either.
As long you have the files from a legit source, you can play without worrying no matter you have one or both installed.
