Market transactions are final. You won't be refunded.
what do you mean final vavle says they allow refund for any reason.
and I would like to get my money back from the person that sold an item for 100$ witch is listed for 3 cent.
You won't be getting your money back.
But if you are convinced a law is broken, go see a lawyer.
It might all sound blunt, but it's sadly the truth.
isnt the refund policy false advertising if they cannot refund market exchange?
It sucks, but accounts are only stolen if users compromise them first by exposing their info. Valve used to refund purchases and take actions to help but it was WIDELY abused to the point they had to stop offering it.
You should identify how you compromised your account so you can make sure it doesnt happen again
and all the items got approved without me authorized in them on my mobile
Nope, nowhere do they tell you that you can refund marketplace transactions - https://store.steampowered.com/steam_refunds/?snr=
None of that is a market place transaction.
