Unable to buy things while within csgo

Could someone help me here? Trying to buy a key for a case in csgo but cannot because the paypal window keeps spinning. I cleared my cache in the steam settings, edge, restarted my computer. It always gets stuck at this one spot now. I don't know how to fix it? I been sitting here for like two mins and it is still spinning.

Add funds to your account first and then purchase the key...?

When buying items like that you just defeat the whole reason for playing like most today lol. Refresh and try again and you should be able to waste your money.

I just added credit to my account the other way of doing it and then bought the keys. But yeah no idea why it doesn't work ingame.
