Steam Community suspension
Hey,

Before i start it has nothing to do with the account I am using right now to write this, it is about this account https://steamcommunity.com/id/exration

So I got an Steam Community suspension because somebody else tried to log in my Account. What is completely right, so if somebody actually got into my account he could not do anything. After I got that message they wanted me to proof that I am actually me, so I did it and gave them all information they wanted. I gave them information on a PayPal purchase, my address, my phone number and also 2 steam keys I activated on my account. They also wanted to know the first email on that account or the latest I know. But the latest email I remember is mine that I use right now. After I send this message they wanted me to write the Ticket number on paper with one Steam key I activated what I did. After that, they said the only way to verify that's actually me is, is to send them the Key from the Game Half-Life Platinum. I activated the key on 4. Okt. 2003 by the way, so there's no way that I still have it. Now the Problem is that they say the only way for me to get the community suspension removed is to send them this code, what is not possible because I don't have that key anymore I mean nobody would keep a steam game key for almost 17 years. So my question is, is there someone who knows a way to get my community suspension removed without that key because having an account worth over 500 Euro that is Level 120 isn't that cool when you can't use it.

Follow the instructions at help.steampowered.com . Nobody else can assist you except the support staff.

already did that they said i only can get it back when i send them this code and then closed my ticket and this is not possible because obviously i don't keep and game key for 17 years

While I understand your frustrations, the support staff are the only ones able to assist in this. You need to explain your situation to them. They should offer alternative methods if you do not have the required information, unless there's too much information you don't know about your account in which case there's nothing they can do.

bought lowdig accounts get banned every now and then, especially if multiple are used on the same PC or other factors that indicate that you have many alternate accounts.
Had this too many years ago despite no shared phones emails or payment methods.

Its not safe to use lowdigs that have keys activated on them.

Nächstes mal keine accs nutzen die so alt sind wie man selbst, wenn man auch nichts dafür tut alle seine accs komplett auseinander zu halten.
Der acc wird ohne den ersten key nicht entbannt egal was ist, da sind die sehr stur egal wie dämlich es auch sein mag das die erwarten das legit user von 2003 den key haben, aber die wissen ja ganz genau das du nicht selbst in 2003 erstellt hast das ist auch jedem klar der nicht seit gestern auf Steam ist.

Gibt zwar Wege den ersten key rauszufinden aber ist aufwending und nirgendwo public zu erfahren, wenig Hoffnung.

Diesen acc von dem du postest wirds auch früher oder später treffen, kann nur raten hier kein Geld auszugeben.

If I got you right they asked you to send 3rd key you used to activate the game in Steam. It's weird that the first two keys with other information you provided to them were not enough to prove your account ownership.

Well, at least they contacted with you on the issue. In my case I didn't receive response from them. About month ago my old account was stolen and I used help.steampowered.com to submit request to support team. I provided similar information as you (also checked advices from guide) but still didn't get reply from them. And I have no idea about my tickets status.
