Freeze frames please help!

I got them a few days ago and seems to have started after I installed some new video drivers but still can't find what is actually causing it but its very noticeable in Zombie Army 4 and Streets of Rage 4. Any idea what might be causing this? Should I download spybot search and destroy see if any little buggers hooked up on me while surfing the web? Although I don't do it much on my pc but do it more on my tablet. This is happening on my pc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What are "freeze frames"?

What are your system specs?

Have you tried rolling back your GPU drivers, once in a great while that's a viable option, not every driver is perfect. And it's a valid troubleshooting step.

Otherwise sure doing some basic scans can't hurt.

Other things to look at my be CPU and GPU temps, to make sure you're not being throttled.

Freeze frames are quick but noticeable freezes in gameplay.
I have a i7 4770@ 3.40 GHZ CPU. 16 GB Ram. My cpu is 104 F my gpu is 114 F. Not sure how o roll back my gpu drivers but not sure that is the problem and did a ccleaner run and a advanced system care run and cleaned up all there stuff there. I rarely roll back my drivers because we assume the newest drivers are fine but not sure what to do next. I will try more games and see if I get the same results is freeze frames. Maybe get spybot search and destroy see what it finds.
