Thankfully there is no issue, you dont dictate what people do with their own profile, if they leave others alone then the only ones harassing are those going after them because of their own bias and opinions, as far as I've seen the group the senator pointed out does not attack anyone, thus like prior said, she went after it because she wanted to find something, anything at all, to attack Steam about and just picked the first thing with ♥♥♥♥ in it.

The only reason this one senator was able to hold it up is because they would have had to do this for hundreds of military promotions because he said he would object to each one.

So while it was a nice attempt, this unique situation you shared would not apply.

That still sits in line with not hurting people, as long as there's no racial violence in the game then there's no issue, which as far as I know that is just a straight up sex game with no other content besides Hitler sleeping with Italians and Japanese girls (and German but ya-know) which..is not against the law of the Untied States or steam, thats not even racist or wrong (in terms of law)
