Steam Launch Options not working

Okay so i'm trynna set the launch option --regionSelection=true for black desert online, but it doesn't work. I used Process Explorer as people said to check if the command lines are actually working. The command lines ain't there. But no one actually explained how to fix that so if anyone knows i'd appreciate it

3.: Are you sure that you set the launch options of the right game? Maybe launchs options doesn't work with "Black Desert" but only in "Black Desert Online".

Ok i just found out i own Black Desert and not Black Desert Online. I'm incredibly stupid so i don't know the difference or how to get Black Desert Online

Where did you get the game from? "Black Desert" seems to be the turkish/asia (?) version of Black Desert Online.

No idea why both are separated or if you have to buy "Black Desert Online" a second time and also create a new accound to use for "Black Desert Online". :I At least it's only 10 $ if you really want to play "Black Desert Online".

Don't. Deinstall and forget the game for the sake of your spare time and purse

Yeah i've come to the conclusion that they're different. I live in asia and i have an asian store, but the problem is Black Desert Online is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ region locked for some god given reason. So i'm gonna have to buy black desert from the actual website i think
