WHAT ABOUT DEVS WHO TROLL THEIR OWN DISCUSSION BOARDS

you say they control their discussion hubs, BUT it fly's in the face of your OWN RULES ON STEAM ..
When they troll their own discussion(s) board, then kick or ban STEAM USERS, from those discussion boards for responding to a troll they (THE DEV) created in order to get a rise out of the POSTER .. or any response from ..

So they can remove them ..

Even when steam support says the post should not have been removed or the POSTER ..

while STATING 'Steam Support has no control over devs even when they run afoul'

so you don't unban the steam user from that HUB .. (explain this)

BUT STEAM ALLOWS DEVS FULL CONTROL TO BAN AND REMOVE PAYING CUSTOMERS WHO JUST WANT ANSWER(S) ..

Or is it that your GUILTY of DOING THE SAME ??!

There is no explaining it, and there are no rules of the road. They can take your money and do whatever they want.

You can try for a refund, if too late try for small claims, and if the price of the game not worth that, just don't buy nothing more here.

I've seen millionaire you tubers with all the receipts get banned by these shady moderators and developers.

These posts happen every day like clockwork. Just move to consoles dude. A lot less headaches.

Except Sony and Microsoft are even more ban happy then steam. I dare you to say something even slightly offensive to an overly sensitive baby on their platform and see what happens to you

I never even had to go there. There's no issues i've had to go there in regards to consoles, mostly because the games work.

Here, you're having to come, being the game may crash, you have to go thru the customer service motions, all whilst dealing with a bunch of incompetents. EA, Ubi, the developers i've dealt with, never an issue.

Years ago i had a problem with a Mod at EA, phoned their customer service, talked to a manager and got no refund, but two coupons for two new games lol. But these shady characters would gut your stomach, if they knew you swallowed a penny lol.

So, as the OP, i'm done. I'm tired of wasting money going down the drain. That game would not even pass testing at Sony or Xbox, which is why these incompetents come here to the Land of Misfit Toys.

I get banned by my own fault as well sometimes. They don't take away my games. So you can still play the games even if you're banned. I don't see the problem, to be honest...

Right but with that, all the customer service the game desperately needs. Every update, every month, breaks the game. And so since then, i have no more game.

I got so angry i was going to my daughter to threaten to take them to small claims. Only to find out, i paid three bucks for that trash. Anyway, point being, these bans go too far, are unwarranted given the circumstances, and if they want my money, they need to start moderating the moderators or the developers of these games.

I saw a you tuber, literally get robbed by one of these "early access" thieves. I just cant do business in the wild west, where there are no rules, or those that can be construed any way they see fit, with my dollars. They get Paid, I get Banned. . Something wrong with that picture
