Request an update on Steam Web Browser in Steam Overlay
As the title said. The current steam web is outdated, google hates it and it wont allow users to login to their account.

That has nothing to do with the web browser. GOOGLE disabled ALL logins from integrated browsers about 2 years ago. You will never be able to login to GOOGLE or YOUTUBE from inside a client browser, its a security measure by GOOGLE.
Even the new Steam browser who runs on the newest version of Chromium and who is available with the new overlay update on the BETA branch cant do it.

You have to use a real browser if you want to login.
