So for what it is worth nudity does not always imply sex, as plenty of games use it when there is a form of it, hell the Fallout and Elder Scrolls all have this tag because you can strip literally down to your underwear and go punt Sentry Bots/Dragons with the back of your hand if your bored, if punting a dragon into orbit with the back of your hand involves the hero stripped down to his boxers then ya, thats nudity.
in all seriousness, your profiles have to abide by certain rules, for better or worse.
Also nudity does not imply sex or a sexual nature this is actually a more recent concept and stigma.

We are born naked but also born human, there is a difference between human and animal. They don't bother thinking about wearing clothes, and clothe is not a sign of shaming the body, but a sign of understanding that your fellow human may not want to see your private organs.
