Steam deck has a spaz attack

So when my steam deck is docked and reaches 10 percent and basically just acts like the cord is being plugged in and unplugged idk if its suppose to be like that or if my deck is just weird. but like i can play games on it just if it reaches 10 percent bettery life it does that and thats also with me using everything official from valve

im sure im just being paranoid but i figured hey it may be best to ask the question

Ok, so by "spaz attack", you mean "battery barely holds 10% charge", is that correct?

Yeah and then just keeps cutting in out untill i take out the dock wire

Rather likely defective hardware (battery, power management, not your problem what exactly it is). You could try to recalibrate the battery electronics and see if that changes things and if not, contact Steam support.

You could also contact the support from the get-go, defective hardware is a warranty case.
