Golden Week?
Is Valve blacking out promotion of the Golden Week sale? I haven't gotten any notifications or banners for it unless I go to a game that specifically is on sale and hope they have a banner that leads to the general sale page and not just to their own company page. That makes it pretty hard to track down and browse. It's a pretty major sale, so why isn't there anything about it on the front page? Smaller themed sales like the Puzzler and Ludo narrative whatever they have going on now at least have a place in the spotlight, if not a custom theme to go with it.

Some kind of oversight or regional "preferences" or something? Something on my end? I'd think a lot of the companies who are involved in the sale wouldn't be happy that it's not being promoted to anyone with a wad of cash in their hands.

That's weird then, I wonder what the reason was - it's a pretty major sale, and the Steam Deck just launched in physical locations in Japan, so unless it's promoted in Japanese/Asian territories and not elsewhere in the world... it seems like a very big missed opportunity.

The devs/pubs are still holding their own for their titles. Basically any/every Asian company is doing it.

Valve just decided to stick to Steam events centered around the 4 major seasonal sales and the smaller genre themed fests.
