To put it simply, even a Core i7 2600K with say what a GTX 1060 is capable of gaming well on Windows 10 or 11, how potato are we talking? Core 2 Duo and GT 210?

no, theres a mod going around allowing you to install win11 on unsupported pcs and even making win11 lite without all the bloat/malware/spyware in it

Nah, there are bunch of games that work only on 7 and 8, or with some special compatibility modes, such as windows vista or so. All such requirements aren't working on 10 and above.
