Can't Scroll.. Steam client has started acting up since this new lookin Beta client. (Kubuntu/Debian)

I had thought it was freezing up, but now I notice that In fact it's doing the same weirdness right now. I have my client full screen, that is 1920x1080 if you care.

If my mouse is anywhere between the left edge, and the "TH" of SUB FORUMS TH*READS I can scroll. Anything to the right of that does nothing. And the text select bar changes to a pointer there as well.

That's over a quarter of my screen that my mouse can't hang out in.. which is where it usually does. I don't even know if this comes and goes or not. But it's doin it right now.

Edit: I went to the store page, it had no scrolling issues. I hit Back to get here, and refreshed the page. It stopped doing it.

So it happens to the store page while steam has just started up, downloads are happening... idk
