Class action law suit coming over forced windows 10 upgrade

I will not be upgrading to windows 10, especially when someone is attempting to force me to do so.
You can give me and everyone who will not accept this forced upgrade a full refund for all of our games, or you can face a class action law suit that you will loose.
Bad move steam, not a good decision at all.

i know that lawsuits failed when they ended xp support in 2019 its only 2023 4 years later im sure things havent changed in the world in 4 years

How it will work is that there will be a statute of limitations clock that begins to tick as soon as steam does something like this.
A class action will be filled within that time frame.
So still a ways off.
I can assure you that this time around there most certainly will be a class action lawsuit under these circumstances. Further, this will flush out a bunch of ethics issues that have long needed to be addressed as well with all parties involved. They will settle because they do not want to be deposed and exposed for their unethical practices.
