Steam support deleted my cs go skins

I have a trade ban since august 2016. Few weeks ago i decide to ask steam support how to remove my trade ban. They answered me that it permanent and cant be removed. And while they answer me, they remove all my cs go inventory, all cases, skins, badges, medals etc. In inventory history it shows like “Deleted by steam support”. New tickets to support are useless, cause they only tell me about my trade ban and dont wanna hear my problem. Dont know what to do..

No regular users can help you, especially when your inventory is private.

Inventory is private cause the trade ban, steam set it. I dont know how to share screenshots here. I have all evidences, in inventory history it says 'Deleted by Steam support'

I understand, i just dont know what to do. There is always one response from them:
"Your account was reported by members of the Steam Community for item trade scams. After investigation, we have found evidence confirming users' claims and have permanently trade banned your account. Prior to issuing trade bans we evaluate multiple pieces of information, all of which have confirmed the claims placed against your account.

Because of your trade ban, your trading and Community market privileges have been suspended permanently and your inventory has been set to private. We have a zero tolerance policy for scamming on Steam.

Please note you will not receive another reply regarding your trade ban and future help requests submitted for your trade ban may be closed without a reply."

But in my tickets i dont even ask them to remove my ban, i talk only about my items

They aren't actually deleted, just removed from your view.

If your got tradebanned for scamming, and the items in your inventory where obtained trough scamming, they have deleted them because you scammed them from others.

And yes, even if your ban was years ago, if they did that because of that then your asking if it can be unbanned has triggered "your" inventory loss as it probably got forgotten back in the day.


Note: I have no idea if valve is deleting scammed items.

I understand what are you talking about but first, items that i had, it wasnt scammed.
Second, they delete all my inventory, including badges, service medals, etc. I wasnt even know that they are can be removed

They are technically bound to your account forever but they will removed them from your view, a soft delete.

Maybe you right. Funny thing btw, after my first launch cs, it gave me 5 year veteran coin and prime badge again.

I just want community to know that thing like that is possible, thats the reason why i create this topic. Cause I didn’t find any references on it in whole community and google

Mainly because it is unnecessary information when you no longer can do anything with your inventory.

Yeah, btw, thats the main reason why im confused. I will not get any profit if they give me my items back, i just wanna play with them, like i did before

You can't use them. That's part of the ban.

Bro this just happened to me. Wtf did you ever find a resolve??? This is crazy my inventory was worth 10k.
