Hey guys, What a lame excuse. It took until the eighth level for the issue to show up. No matter how many hours it takes to get to the eight level there are still many levels left. I am not getting my full value of the game.
Somewhere the game is cache and will not go forward. Even when I uninstall on both ends. And I am not the only one having this issue.
Your 2 hr policy is just another way to screw over people. It is not ok. Over $4, I do not have high regards for STEM any more.

2 hours are more than enough, the refund system doesn`t exist to demo games.

tell them what the problem is. be nice and patient. you may not get a refund, but it will be looked at by a person

According to howlongtobeat this game is for around 2 and half hours.
But quick look to game subforums, shows that devs basically abandoned that game.
OP do what @KalCuey said, but remember - be polite, make a detailed problem description, mention that there is no response in any form or manner from developer team, don't try to discuss "if" and "why" of Steam Refund Policy.
