Definitely a scam. MDC (not listing is his actual channel name) is not affiliated with Valve.

If you clicked a link to get there, you've probably been phished and they now have access to your account.

The YT channel looks hijacked and shows not only a QR code to scan but a phishing link in the obviously ripped video of the Steam Deck announcement back in 2021.

Notice the Community tab in that channel. It is some random Korean dude who is a fisherman.
