My games are sometimes slowed down or sped up

its not a fps problem because i have played these games before and they ran smoothly. but now when i run them this bug happens, its really annoying

for people to help they need PC specs, how long this happen , when does it happen , they would need ALOT more information.

Sounds like a CPU or RAM issue, tbh. Do you meet the minimum specs? Try closing other apps when you're gaming.

Pretty sure its not a performance issue, since i can play other non steam games just fine. the problem seems to be steam itself

My pc has a i7 second gen
a gt1030
10GB of ram
and my motherboard is a vsg31t-m
theres only two games i play on steam, ultrakill and warframe. Ultrakill is a super light game, it runs fine on my pc when steam doesnt bug. warframe runs pretty well too, it oscilates between 57 and 60 fps. as i said it doesnt seem like a perfomance issue
