Spring Sale Stickers

I didn't even notice the existence of free stickers for the sale until the 18th despite looking at the store featured page and sales stuff since day 1.

It definitely isn't made very visible with the boring block of text thin bar, and tiny link.
I'd expect Steam to want to make it very noticeable to increase engagement and encourage regular people to check back every day, but that's not what they did.

Hey Steam, any reasons for that choice you'd be willing to share?

They want people to browse the store and not skip past everything while you look for the Top Sellers list area.

Yeah, but the problem with that is not making the fact there there is a special something to find what amounts to a defacto pseudo secret doesn't encourage anyone to look more. You have to let the public know there is something special to find before they'll go on a treasure hunt for it.

They did this last sale, too. If they are giving away stickers at all, they should advertise it more. Especially since the whole point is to encourage people to click through pages.

I am guessing that Valve will put them all in the points shop at some point, like they did with the Winter Sale 2022 ones. Those ones I like, but I looked at the Steam Card Exchange website to see what they looked like before claiming any, and decided to skip them- none appealed to me.

Yep, i get it it is free but yikes. I dont think i will ever find an occasion to use a steamy pipe sticker or a cone to send someone. The art itself is fine though, i could understand if some people find them appealing too

Do anyone have trouble with the stickers!? I picked up stickers on 6 days and unfurtunatelly missen 1 sticker, so I should have 6 in my Inventory, but there are only 5. I'm 100% sure I picked up 6. Maybe it glitched or idk. Maybe it gave me one sticker I already own and did not count it because its doubled or something like that. I picked up 6 and I own 5. Makes no sense. :-(
