I have a question.If I bought a game on here and it was still in the works but all of a sudden it got
abandon.Will steam refund me my money back?

If you are within the 2 weeks/2 hours policy, yes. Early Access games follow the standard refund policy. Keep in mind that when you buy an Early Access game, you buy the game as-is. You aren't promised or owed a finished version and won't get a refund if the game won't be finished.

Only if it is within the refund time frame. Otherwise the big blue box on the game's store page tells you all you need to know about what you bought.

You need to have less then two hour play of the game (time game is runing it does not matter if you played it or not) Sometimes steam is soft on time played if you ask them though
And less then two week since purchase.

Yes,but I was just wondering.Like I said in that discussion page "I learn my lesson,never buy games unless they're finished".Oh well.

I mean, Early Access games literally have a big blue warning banner on the store page that states " ONLY buy this product if you are satisfied with it in its CURRENT state. Be aware that the game may change during development or may not even be finished"

If you read that and still buy the game then there is really no one to blame but yourself.
If you dont want to take that risk then as you already wrote, DONT buy games in Early Access and wait for full release.

If you really want a feature in a game, wait for that feature to be in the game. The advice works in and out of Early Access.

Would you buy a game because they promised stuff coming in a following DLC? Or would you wait for the DLC to release before buying the game? Would you ask about a refund if you bought the game but the promised DLC never happened or was canceled?

Steam are not going to pay out of their pocket for other developer's failures. The early access warning notice is there for a reason and is quite clear.

Refund money doesn't materialise by magic.
