And since the profile says the OP has been on Steam for 18 years, this isn't a 12-year old kid. It's a full-fledged adult acting like a 12-year old kid.

It means that they probably want to heckle you, but probably don't want to let you know that they are the ones heckling you (perhaps as heckling might go against rules or something; something about fanning the flames).
Then again, do heckles from the "spineless" even count?

I don't know... what I do know is that Valve surely is missing something, because the jester icon doesn't look like a jester at all. Did they do that on purpose? Or they're just freaking stupid? Hmm I can't tell

BTW, I’d like to thank the person who gave me the “jester”.

I gave someone the Poetry award yesterday, so this is a good step towards equalising that point balance to buy another Deck intro movie or keyboard.

I think the "Jester" award is redundant, inefficient, and financially irresponsible. If I think a review, a forum post, or something else is funny, I give out the "Hilarious" award. It's half the price. Therefore, I can give out 2 "Hilarious" awards for the cost of 1 "Jester" award, and make twice as many people happy.
