Issues with Steam Remote Play and Big Picture

Problem 1

If I open a game, I cannot invite anyone through the Friends tab using the blue button, the menu does not appear.

If I try to invite an specific person right clicking it, they receive the invite, but the streaming settings tab does not open on my side, making it impossible for me to enable keyboard to my friends.

Problem 2

With Big Picture, if I try to make it boot on startup, it automatically disables once I close Steam by any mean.


I've already reinstalled Steam by deleting all files but Steam.exe and steamapps, the issues keep happening.
