Weekly server maintenance was yesterday. Steam always has weird server issues for about a day (sometimes 2) following the weekly maintenance. I keep having similar errors- usually refreshing the page a few times or backpaging and clicking the link again will resolve it.
Unless you've only been on Steam for a few weeks, this should be something you are aware of. The forums are filled with threads about server errors every week, right after weekly maintenance is completed.
