Sure you might miss good games that happen to contain adult content, but if you choose to not look at these tabs at all, well then you miss ALL games that might appear. So - miss the rare game you might want to play even if it contains some form of adult content (porn,) or miss EVERY game. Choice is yours.

Times are changing bro. Everything is getting more degenerate. We can only reject modernity and all it's degenerancy, but we can not stop it.

It's always been a problem since Valve closed down Steam Greenlights.

They've changed some stuff to the different storepage tabs last year but the solution didn't last longer than one, maybe two weeks.

That may well be, but the market works like that. More people are gaming every year, and if more of them are buying adult content games, there will be more developers happy to take their money. You can't control that, but you CAN control what you see in your recommendations. (a lot of it, anyway.)

Other than that, the topic becomes "Why are so many people buying these games" which is a very different topic and one I'm not gonna touch.
