Can I use gift card for purchasing prime on csgo on new account
I have a friend who has a new steam account and even wallet is not activated as he has not added any money yet. And, I have money in my steam wallet that I don't use. So if I share a gift card with him then can he use that wallet money to buy prime on csgo. Also, since his wallet is not activated can he even redeem the gift card.

The problem is that you cannot buy gift cards with your Steam Wallet.
