There's a couple ways to play Windows games on MacOS, for starters. Have you checked out PlayOnMac? That would be my first attempt. If that doesn't work, CrossOver is the next best thing, pretty much the same except with (commercial) support. If that doesn't work, getting Proton to work on MacOS seems to be possible, according to a quick web search.

If that doesn't work, the next best thing would be to get Windows onto there. Apple's own BootCamp is an easy solution. Should that not work, there's still Parallels.

You can also install Linux & run a Windows-only game by the means of Proton then. I've been using this setup (emulating Windows via Proton on Linux) for a couple months now and damn does it work well!

I can't comment on the Mac side of things (I have very little to no experience with it.).

I would like to point out I play this game myself on Linux, so that is a working option if you do chose to take that route with BootCamp.

I can't say much more than this though, as mentioned previously, no real experience with mac.

And even if it had a Mac version, it would require Mac OS and not support iOS.
