UBISOFT CONNECT IS UTTER ♥♥♥♥
The fact that i need to log in to this bs to uninstall a game from my pc is UNBELIEVABLE.
I had an old game installed on my pc from Ubisoft Connect and i COULDN'T uninstall it (even by the control panel), unless i logged in (lost my old credentials of course).
But this is nuts!!!! this is MY pc, if I want to uninstall a game you have to let me do it! you CANNOT override my personal computer. Is called "personal" for a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ reason!
God bless Steam.

In complete fairness, the owner of a computer should always have the right to uninstall a program if they so wish. Failure to allow such a basic request is borderline malware. Bearing in mind, He is asking about removing the application as a whole (the entire thing) a login should not be required for this. The point here is that ubisoft connect launches itself and asks for login when you go to uninstall in the control panel (Yes, even for uninstalling ubisoft connect itself).

Anyway, for answering the question, you may be able to remove it with this:

Replacing a forum with discord,
sounds like pandoras box to me.

After all the discord scammers pretending to be official whatever#55555 allready when there was no official support.

Note scams going from forum spam, to discord spam is just the flip side of the same coin. Scammers go to where they think they will profit, and discord isn't any different than having a forum. Discord is just bigger so the scams are more prevalent there. If the uplay forums were' big' enough they'd be spamming there. Hell the steam forums have had so much spam in the past that has only been mitigated over the years via several restriction mechanisms. They're just moving from different mechanisms, models, etc as the user base moves to different places. Like PM spam on the steam forums of 'moderators' used to be a thing too.

I don't care about Ubisoft preventing me from using the uninstaller, that I can understand, but I couldn't even uninstall from the control panel. I had to delete the original folder. That's too much!
Not a big deal, but that's kinda ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up

What magic do you think the control panel does?

Yeah man, it's too much to admin your system.... not sure what to tell you.

Recover your account.

How about people, like me, that have no access to the former email?

Push ticket through their support. But they would need some proof that account is yours.

Services require certain things to recover an account and if they tell you that is what you need, you either have it or not.
