Because, according to the User-Uploaded Content, this is nowhere to be found other than what I see here:
"Don't use content to harass, abuse, or otherwise disparage others"

Subjective opinion is not a violation unless Steam views it that way?
Which can be anything, anyone finds offensive because nowadays that seems to be anything and everything.

I think that's a solid stance to take and should only be offensive to those that tolerate and/or promote that behavior.

Which that flag now represents.
So I suppose by even having that rainbow flag as an avartar, no matter the context, should be banned from use by anyone on Steam?
