Who has the Steam green edition with the 20yo badge?

I'll get my 20yo badge in a few months , i hope i'll get it too :)

I think the badge is for everyone who signed up during the first year of Steam, that's what the badge says. So, Sept 2003-Sept 2004.

It makes no sense to exclude early 2004 people, because there will be a window of time where they too signed up 20 years ago just like Sept 2003 people. For example, I'm a May 6, 2004 signup, and when May 2024 comes, I will have signed up 20 years ago too, just like any 2003 signup.. the 2003 signups don't start turning 21 until Sept 2024.

I had a Steam account in 2003 for Counter-Strike Source. i played a ton of it in college. Lost the login info.
Also, gave up on Steam trying to install Dawn of War 2 through a dial-up speed modem.
Wish I still had the same account, or could merge it with this one. That would be sweet.
