Who has the Steam green edition with the 20yo badge?

Is this like a skin that look like the old UI with the green color ?
I'll get my 20yo badge in a few months , i hope i'll get it too :)

I guess I should have added /S to my post.

Buying accounts is not legal and there is a good chance the account has been stolen and that is why it is being sold cheap. Accounts cannot be sold as legit and Steam can actually lock an account down which has been sold.

At any point in the future somebody can reclaim an account even one that has been sold if they have the right account information.

Your account is 7 years old with one game, you're the one coping.

Steam accounts aren't worth anything because surprise, you aren't supposed to sell them.

Also, those sites where you're getting the prices? They're scam sites, which means they're meaningless.
